Abstract
in the means of cultivation, possible to establish in vitro
of the meristem tip cultivation in yucca clones ´CMC-40´ and ´Señorita´ and it stimulated the explant growth too. The results contribute to understand the mechanisms of action of this substance and their future application in vitro plant resorts in Cuba.
