Abstract

The present work was carried out at the experimental
area of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences
(INCA) during 2005-2006 period and repeated later within 2006-
2007, with the objective of evaluating the effect of some
bioactive products, such as Oligogalacturonide mixture (MO),
Brassinosteroid analogue (Biobras-16) and vermicompost
(Liplant), on tomato crop growth and development, using the
tomato variety Amalia. Different evaluations were recorded in
some growth and development variables, besides determining
crop yield. Results showed the agrobiological effectiveness
of bioactive products on crop growth, development and yield,
which surpassed the production check control.
