Abstract
on biosynthesis of BRs, regulation of gene expression, BR
perception and signalling transduction since the early 90´s. It
contains key findings related to the chemical characterization
of BR intermediates and biosynthetic pathways, studies on
gene expression done through applying several genomic tools
and analysis of BR biosynthetic and perception mutants.
