Abstract

INCASoy-35 variety was obtained when
irradiating seeds from INCASoy-15 variety at a dose of 240 Gy
60Co gamma rays; this variety is adaptable to spring, summer
and winter sowings. It can reach yields of 3 t.ha-1 grains. It
tolerates the main pests and diseases; it especially resists the
attack of Meloidogyne incognita nematode. In the adverse
spring time, seeds have shown tolerance to deterioration,
having the capacity to guarantee high productions with low
inputs, so that it is feasible for Cuban agriculture.
