Abstract

In recent years, the training concept evolutionhas been dazzled by the appearance and consolidation of theinformation and communication technologies (ICT); Internetand its fulfilment in the World Wide Web has enabled theaccess to all kinds of required information, causing a considerableincrease of interactivity among peoples from differentcontinents and countries of the world, so providing thepossibility of developing their capacities and abilities for thetele-working, multicultural interaction, access to information,knowledge and education, with the objective of decreasingthe digital gap, which is the subject approached in the presentreview.
