SISCORFI: a web application to control phytogenetics resources

Abstract
(SISCORFI) is a web application that allows the location of
crop varieties adapted to the conditions of farmers, covering a
demand for Cuban agriculture, the lack of availability for access
to seeds and lack of information on its location in seed banks.
Contributes in a positive way to increase diversity, one of the
main challenges to the Cuban producers and facilitates the
exchange of knowledge between scientific institutions,
universities and farmers, the lastones are responsible for
implementing this knowledge and enrich their experience. The
software has a set of functionalities through a simple interface,
friendly and organized, among the options offered is possible
to know which banks are available seed varieties, in which
diversity fairs have been submitted and under which conditions
currently in operation. The results obtained with the system
highlight the speed with which we obtain the desired
information and the disclosure of the same, the latter facilitated
by the Internet feature of being accessible from any computer.
