Abstract

Residuals of the second order interaction
associated to a linear model are analyzed, starting from
multiplicative models for interaction (AMMI model). For its
adjustment, a computational program was made in Matlab,
which will be applied to the analysis of genotype environment
interaction, with the objective of characterizing stable or
unstable varieties, considering its interaction with the
environment.
