Abstract

In the Laboratory of Rice and Maize Breeding, belonging to CIFA «Las Torres», Seville, Spain and sponsored by an investigation project, a rice breeding program began to be developed, including the anther culture of hybrids in its objectives. Regenerated plants were evaluated and the data statistically processed according to the Main Components and Cluster Analysis, which revealed the variability existing among genotypes, besides permitting to select the best lines.
