Abstract

On a Lixiviated Red Ferralític soil of the NationalInstitute of Agricultural Sciences of Cuba, a field experimentwas carried out, with the objective of evaluating the effect ofthe combined inoculation of Bradyrhizobium elkanii and astrain of mycorrhizal fungi, as well as the application of abioestimulator of the vegetable growth, on the growth andyield of cultivating of soybean INCAsoy-27, sowed in summertime. A design of blocks at random with four repetitions bytreatment, which consisted on the inoculation of thesemicroorganisms, in their single and cocktail forms, as well asapplying a crop growth biostimulator for two ways to theprevious treatments. Treatments controls were also evaluatedwith mineral fertilization. Results showed a positive effect ofthe coinoculation of both biofertilizer on soybean cultivargrowth and yield, with an increment of the yield between 27,22and 29,75 %. Lightly superior increments were achieved withthe application to this treatment of the crop growth stimulator, without statistical differences among them, those thatoscillated between 38,61 and 44,94 % in dependence of theform of application of this product. Treatments where thebiostimulant was applied they generally produced a growthand yield from the superior cultivation to its controls, where itwas not applied; thus, production increments from 6,21 y 23,20 %were achieved, according to the treatment evaluated, it provingits effectiveness in the stimulation of the vegetable growthfor field conditions.
