Abstract

The present work was developed in the experi-mental area of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences(INCA), with the objective of evaluating lettuce crop responseto the application of different bioactive products. To fulfil thesepurposes, several treatments were studied that consisted ofapplying the following products: Pectimorf® (344 mg.ha-1),Liplant® (1 L.ha-1) and Biobras-16® (20 mg.ha-1), compared witha control without application. The evaluations were performedreferring to some crop growth and development variables, suchas leaf length and with as well as NPK leaf content; alsoagricultural yield was determined at the end of the vegetativecycle. Results showed the effectiveness of bioactive productson crop growth, development and yield, standing out thetreatments of plant leaves sprayed by Pectimorf® and Biobras-16®,with significant differences compared to the treatment of Liplantapplications and the control, which enabled to obtain higheryields, so proving their contribution to the agriculturalproduction of this crop.
